Easy dinner - Fish Take I

Bought a nice piece of flounder and had some fresh basil lying around so why not combine the two for some flounder en papilotte?

Add some simple spices like salt and pepper, dash of cayenne and paprika, lemon zest and some olive oil... Voila.

      I'm by far not as talented & creative at writing as you are but still enjoy doing it when I have a bit of time.

      Give en papilotte a try - so fast and tasty... Bonus of being healthy and last but not least minimal clean up (always a plus) :-)
